The senior engineer who scopes your work is the engineer doing it. We are not a body shop and we do not run time-and-materials engagements. Every piece of work has a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a date.
We name a senior contact, we deliver to that date, and we hand over runbooks. When something goes wrong — and it always does at some point — you have one person to call, and the documentation we left behind is the documentation your team will actually use.
For longer engagements we work as part of your team rather than over the wall: weekly check-ins with engineering leadership, written status, and a quarterly review that tells you honestly where the platform is and where it should go next.
We’re fastest where we’ve been a hundred times.
Opinionated is faster, more repeatable, and more defensible. We’ll meet you where you are if you’re already on something else, and we’ll be straight about whether that’s a working baseline or a problem to address.
